Irredeemable

Long has he been covered

By the murky clouds

Of his troubled past

That never disperse

Facing his mortality

His heart is distressed

His accusing memories

Never give him peace

Yet his mind contrives

For an easy redemption

By putting blame on others

He expects a quick salvation

For his many sins

But in reality

He is only adding

One more transgression

For one cannot escape the truth
